The other day I was talking with a fellow dating coach who also works with successful single men.
As I shared with him my vision for my clients being able to find the woman they want, he told me a concern he encounters from a lot of his wealthy clients.
They have a concern that really puzzles them and before they even step out to meet a woman, this lingering question remains perplexing their minds.
“What if she takes my stuff?”
That’s right, they’re concerned with the proverbial “gold digger” who may marry them and then run off with their money. Their stuff.
Completely understandable. There’s nothing like working incredibly hard for something and then to see your blood, sweat and tears gone down the drain.
So let’s look at that.
Do gold diggers exist? Yes.
Can a woman take you for everything your worth? Yes.
When you die will your stuff bring you the fulfillment you were made to experience? No.
Here’s the problem. When you think your stuff is going to bring you fulfillment and you fight for it like a bulldog protecting her babies, you’re not fully aware.
Nor are you fully alive.
Should you be delusional and allow anyone to access to all of your earthly goods who has not warranted or deemed them self to be trustworthy? No. You have a brain.
What I will give you insight to is this; when you’re fighting so hard to accumulate and protect your stuff, the “real stuff” that matters, never has a chance to get to fulfill the life you were meant to live.
