One day I have the hopes of growing up, however until that day arrives I will continue on with my immaturity by repeating expressions and movie quotes that express what I’m thinking and feeling. Right now the current word is “Boss” and the expression is “Omg my life is changed” typically referring to either chocolate of coffee. However “Boss” is something that I’ll typically refer to when something or someone stands out, I respect or refer to being in charge of a situation.
When it comes to matters of dating and relationships, many times we can feel the complete opposite of a Boss, instead words like “victim”, “dumbass” and “never going to win” tend to fit our feelings of inadequacy. Face it, when it comes to the heart it isn’t as clean cut as we’d like it to be. It can get tricky, confusing and downright disturbing. So with so many emotions and negative thought processes that go on, how in the world can one feel like a boss?
For one let’s start with my most favorite topic “self love”. Really investing in taking the time to love on yourself can upgrade you to BOSS status in record time. There’s something about self love that makes one feel invincible. You’re giving yourself something that no one else can take away. You become empowered, you create safety within yourself and most importantly, you are loved!
The next thing is to get equipped. If you struggle with communication, touch, listening, whatever your struggle is, you can get equipped. That’s what sites like www.AricaAngelo.com and others are there for, to equip you with the information and tools to make you successful in love. They’re there for the taking, all you have to do is ask, take and apply. It’s really that simple, you just can’t be lazy about it!
If you’re in victim mode with your dating and/or relationship, make sure you implement these two strategies of self love and getting equipped. You really can become a powerful person while giving your heart the opportunity to desire what it wants and being sure that its fulfilled in the process. It’s time to be a BOSS.
